UKVI to remove inactive SMS users

UKVI has confirmed its intention to remove inactive Sponsor Management System (SMS) user accounts.

Sponsors should review all current SMS users and ensure each account remains active and necessary. It is also sensible to implement regular reviews and ensure Level 1 Users log in periodically to maintain account activity.

Failure to maintain appropriate SMS access could affect an organisation's ability to manage its sponsor licence effectively.
